This portable nitrogen pressure calibration solution provides a high pressure nitrogen source for calibrating differential and static pressure instrumentation using an external pressure calibrator or indicator. It includes an on-board storage cylinder, nitrogen pressurer regulator and a precision volume controller for extremely fast and accurate pressure control. Nitropak users can easily reach each test point without pumping or leaky connections, up to 3,000 PSI/ 210 bar.
Features
- Accurate fine tuning ensures a highly accurate, "finger-tip" control of the pressure at 2mbar (0.03 psi) or 210 bar (3000 psi) or any intermediate range
- Easily refillable nitrogen cylinder holds enough gas for multiple calibrations
- Nylon bag on the inside of the lid in which hose and fittings can be stored
- Compartment in the control panel to store your reference manometer
- Quick-Test hoses, gauge adapter and process connection can be attached without thread sealant or a wrench
- CE approved for use in the European Union – meets the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) and TPED (Transportable Pressure Equipment)
- Handy storage compartment in control panel for pressure reference
- Made in the USA
Applications
The Nitropak nitrogen case is the ideal instrument that is designed to carry out pneumatic high pressure measurements and calibrations.
The instrument can be used for testing and calibrating high pressure transmitters, pressure switches, safety valves, pressure gauges etc.
Thanks to the built-in nitrogen bottle you can run multiple calibrations without an external pressure supply. The instrument comes in a rugged transport case. -
