The four variants of PReview 5714 all have universal power supply and can thus be supplied with 24...250 VDC or 24...230 VAC. This means that the display can be used in a wide variety of applications and that the costs connected with stock control and purchase are reduced considerably. 
Furthermore, our new display can be used anywhere in the world, as it has been approved by Norsk Veritas for marine applications, is CE-marked and soon will be UL-approved for installation in the USA.In addition to this, the display has been designed in accordance with the most rigorous standards in Europe. One of the new, interesting features is that PReview 5714 can be delivered with a help menu and help text in other languages than English. Other language options are Danish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Swedish.

User-friendliness
PReview 5714 is an inviting and easily accessible display. The scrolling help text guides the user through the menu structure step by step, facilitating a straightforward and faultless configuration.

When configuring the display, the user can, among others, set up the following parameters:
• Input type
• Output signal
• Password protection
• Relay functions such as trip amplifier, sensor error detection and cable breakage detection
• Sensor error action on analogue output

Communication takes place via the big 4-digit, 14-segment LED display. A 14-segment display offers a much better user understanding than the usual 7-segment displays, as it optimizes the use of letters in the menu structure by making use of the entire alphabet. In addition to the 4-digit display of input values and alarm information, the status of the relays is indicated via 2 yellow LEDs.

Reliability
PReview 5714 has optimum protection of input, output and power supply. The current input is overcurrent-protected, the output is current-limited, the power supply is protected against reverse polarity and last but not least, a water protection rating of IP65 safeguards the electronic circuits in connection with cleaning of the surrounding space. For more extreme environments PReview 5714 can be delivered with a splash proof cover. Naturally, the new display is also covered by PR electronics’ usual 5-year guarantee.

Private labels
The production process of PReview 5714 is very flexible and therefore OEM customers have the possibility of ordering displays carrying their own logo on the front.
