Automatic Pressure Calibrators

Fully automated pressure calibration in the field would be the perfect solution for calibrating gauges, transmitters, and switches.
This is now possible with the Additel portable pressure calibrators including a high-performance electronic pump and precision pressure controller that automatically generates pressure from 90% vacuum to 70 bar with 0.005% full-scale stability and ±0.01% full-scale accuracy. The Additel 760 series are available in three different versions. The ADT761-LLP can be used for very low and differential pressure calibration up to 75 mbar, the ADT760-D for gauge and differential calibration up to 2.5 bar and the ADT760-MA up to 20 bar gauge or 21 bar absolute.
And when even higher performance is required we offer the ADT761A series. The ADT761A-LLP / D-versions can be used for very low and differential pressure calibration up to 1 bar. De ADT761-500/1K for calibration of pressures up to even 70 bar. The ADT761A-APXR also to 70 bar but with an improved accuracy of 0,01% F.S. and last but not least, the ADT761A-BP for the calibration of barometers. The ADT761A series comes with two removable pressure modules with different ranges providing maximum calibrator accuracy.
Optional external pressure modules can be used with the 760 and 761 calibrators to measure pressures up to 60,000 psi (4,200 bar) with ±0,1% up to ±0.025% full-scale accuracy. The 760 and 761 calibrators also features HART communications capability, supplies 24 volt loop power, and reads the current or voltage produced by the pressure transmitters and transducers. A built-in filter and internal or external liquid trap blocks solid particles and a small amount of liquid that can be blown out through its venting system, preventing contamination.
