The PI series Optris is a thermal imaging camera that delivers excellent performance at an affordable price, 0 both as a stationary as well as a portable Infrared camera. You can connect the camera to a computer using an USB cable and use it instantly. The thermal images are presented on the computer using the supplied software PI Connect. The camera can also be operated with the software.
The infrared camera provides thermal images in "real time" at a frequency of 100 Hz. The images can be stored using snapshots or video recordings. The camera is equipped with a microbolometer (UFPA) with 160 x 120 pixels and a pixel size of 35 x 35 microns. Thanks to the excellent thermal sensitivity (NETD 0.08 K 31 ° FOV) you can detect even the smallest temperature differences of an object. As a result, the infrared camera Optris PI is ideal for applications in research and development, test stations, process automation, or general, portable temperature measurements.
The Optris PI is extremely light weighing only 250 grams (camera and cable) and is also one of the smallest thermal imagers in the world (dimensions: 45 x 45 x 62 mm). In combination with a Tablet PC, the camera can even be used for preventive maintenance or building thermography.
With the Optris PI you have both a portable thermal imager as a stationary thermal imaging camera.
